Description

The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is also popular because of the view of the sea from the grounds and its quiet location. The following are available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The barbecue is located in the courtyard and can be used jointly by everyone.

Vrbnik. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. The flat has air conditioning – in the living room. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 300 m. Krk: doctor, bank both 12 km. Train station 60 km. Airport in Omišalj 30 km. Pharmacy in Vrbnik 300 m. In summer: Swimming opportunity 250 m in Vrbnik (beach 250 m in Vrbnik with pebbles, rocks and bathing platforms). Dog beach in Risika 6 km. Diving in Vrbnik 500 m.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the mezzanine floor. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, seating area, air conditioning, dining area (4 places) and access to the terrace (15 sq m, garden furniture, 1 table). Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV and access to the terrace. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (2 hobs), dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the premises.

The landlady was something of unkind, one might even say really spiteful. She almost freaked out when our little children, aged 8 and 3 years, played quietly on the terrace. The poor children had been intimidated in our "recovery" holiday so that we discourage really go on in the house holiday. There, everything was ok, except the landlord. It has really messed us the whole holiday. We spent our holiday there on Pentecost, it was full, vondaher us no other choice than zubleiben. Wirlich not please book more. Dear little more money to invest and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
