The holiday apartment is located in a single-family house and is modern, furnished in the typical local style and functional. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture.

Vrbnik. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking space (for 1 car) on the property. Parking next to the house, on the lower side of the house.

Air conditioning. The flat has air conditioning – in the living room. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception is via cable.
