The residence is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet hillside location. Available for use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. The barbecue is located in the courtyard and can be used jointly by everyone.

Vrbnik. The studio is located on a garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
