Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access, hand towels (change every 3 days).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
