Kitchen in the living kitchen (20 sqm, connecting room) with TV, dining area (5 seats), electric stove (4 plates), refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV and (1 table, 5 chairs, parasol).

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (change every 3 days).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 37,50 € per object per stay.
