Cooking nook in the living room (3 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (85 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (7 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
