Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1924, renovated in 2001 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location in the forest. For common use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Free WiFi access in the garden, around the pool and barbecue area. Access to the WiFi in the apartment is only possible at an additional cost. There are 2 grills with tables available to guests, and each apartment has its own outdoor table.

Fiorini, district Fiorini. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartments IST UMA 137 (3 persons), IST UMA 138 (4 persons) and IST UMA 140 (9 persons) are located in the same house. The apartment is located between Umag and Novigrad, and is surrounded by mediterranean vegetation. The access goes directly from the main road. Parking lot on the property.

Living/bedroom (13 sqm, walk-through room) with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, TV and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Kitchenette (5 sqm) with TV, dining area (6 seats), electric stove, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 sink and WC.
