The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2010 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location in the forest. For use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. Free WiFi access in the garden, around the pool and BBQ area. WiFi access in the apartment is available at an additional cost. Guests have at their disposal 2 grills with tables, each apartment has an outdoor table.

Fiorini, district Fiorini. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The owner IST UMA 138 (4 people), IST UMA 139 (6 persons) and IST UMA 140 (9 persons) are located in the same facility. Lush Mediterranean vegetation. The villa is located in Fiorini between Umag and Novigrad. Parking lot on the property.

Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom (5 sqm) with TV, dining area (3 seats), electric stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom (4 sqm, not heatable) with shower and WC.
