Rovinj, district Centener. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the same house there are holiday flats IST ROV 449 (5 persons) and IST ROV 450 (5 persons). The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 50 m).

Bedroom with 1 single bed and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed, safe and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs). Bedroom with 1 single bed. Kitchen in the dining room with electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Hallway. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
