The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the same house there are Holiday Flats IST ROV 449 (5 persons) and IST ROV 450 (5 persons). The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 50 m).

Cooking nook in the dining room with dining area (5 seats), electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
