The standig individually holiday home is functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing.

Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (20 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (10 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.

Nice simple house with friendly landlord,
Beds are in need of improvement. It is 1.5 kilometers from the pebble beach.
