The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture. Pula, 15 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. In the same house are the apartments IST PUL 500 (3 people), IST PUL 501 (2 people), IST PUL 502 (4 people), IST PUL 503 (3 people), and IST PUL 504 (5 people). Access is directly from the main road (paved, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) on the property and a parking space in the village (distance 10 m). Length of access road 30 m.

The apartment was very clean, bed linen and all kitchen utensils were provided. Above all, the landlord was very friendly and provided us with travel tips. Swimming in the pool was great and barbecuing in the lounge was always fun. I recommend that you take the landlord's homemade olive oil with you as a souvenir and try the cucumbers that are grown. Thanks to the landlord
