The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1990 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Objects IST PRE 123 (8 persons) and IST PRE 345 (4 persons) are in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) in the carport and on the property.
