Premantura is a good starting point to explore the beautiful Cape Kamenjak by car, bike or on foot for hikers. The house is unfortunately right at the cross-town road, partially reigns there a lot of traffic, v. A. on the weekend. (Maybe there's sometime a bypass road. ) The house is divided into two separate apartments. Laundry and floors were well maintained and clean. Kitchen and bathroom are in need of renovation, cabinets wiggle partially questionable when using. The owner speaks understandable English and is very friendly, his wife acting critically.

The house is minutes in order to beach 15th on foot, 5 minutes to the center. on foot. During the transfer it is better to pay attention to everything, because things were thrown on departure, the do not come from us. (Eg pissed or dirty mattresses). But the landlord himself is very nice (but not his wife), he believed us and be fully refunded the deposit. Total all to evaluate the school grade "3.5".
