The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Poreč, district Vrvari. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 5 m, depth 1 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the beginning of October. The pool is under construction. It will be ready in April 2019

My husband and I have this year for the first time in Croatia, the country is simply fantastic and the apartment is perfect for us. She is centrally located so you can reach everything well. Up to Porec could possibly. well run, but it would certainly be preferable for a good half to three quarters of an hour and take the whole thing with beach bag and beach chairs, because we finally the car)
The owners are really nice and speak German from. Us the roller shutter is unfortunately torn, but still was not a problem, because the owners live right in the house, a short ring and you will be helped a. Overall it is a very quiet Gegendund just to relax the right. The balcony is also still perfectly aligned, to fühstücken morning
has got some nice shade and for lunch every now and well into the evening hours, you can enjoy the sun. But even if you do not want sun you have the opportunity to let down an awning and is thus completely in the shade. So we can really only recommend this apartment. But a car is really a must;)
The cleanliness, the apartment itself is new and very clean, the only drawback was the kettle and coffee maker, which had to be decalcified once on site, but that was for us now not an issue, otherwise we really can not us complain
The facilities, so in itself is as good as anything there, we lacked only a spatula and the pan unfortunately also has no cover, so the sun hood. Thanks for this great holiday :).
