The holiday home, built in 2004 and renovated in 2018, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. On the same property there are the holiday apartment IST POR 093 and ISTPOR156. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early November 5 m x 10 m 1.5 m deep).

The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
