The domicile is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture. Baby cot (crib) available on request.

The holiday apartments IST POR 093 and ISTPOR281 are located on the same property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Kitchen in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, access to the terrace and with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower facilities, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
