The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2014, and is furnished in the typical local style and practically equipped. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Washing machine for shared use.

Poreč, district Mali Maj. The holiday apartment is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments IST POR 393 (4 people) and IST POR 397 (2 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 5 m x 10 m, 1.5 m deep).

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with air conditioning, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
