The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2000, renovated in 2017 and is functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Poreč. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartments IST PAR 032, IST PAR 119, IST POR 268 and IST POR 270 (each for 4 people) and the holiday apartment IST POR 271 (2 people) are in the same house. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 11 m, depth 1.5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of June to mid of September.

Living/bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds, TV, radio, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds, parasol). Kitchen (8 sqm) with TV, (5 seats), gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), fridge (icebox), coffee machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom (4 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

For families with children this object is recommended because of the pool. The furniture is a bit shabby. We did not bother. It is left of the rental even at rest.
