The detached bungalow, built in 2001 and renovated in 2017, is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property onto the garden and its quiet location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Baby cot (crib) on request.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early November, 5 m x 10 m, 1.5 m deep).

The entrance to your bungalow leads over 1 step and the terrace. Living room with sitting area, TV, dining area and access to the terrace (garden furniture). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Kitchenette in the living room with electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.

Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per object per stay. local tax.

Very nice well-maintained complex. Barbecue allgem. Use. Pool very clean. Quiet complex with nice owners. Great olive oil from their own olives.
