The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2021, and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property onto the garden and its quiet location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Cot only on request and for a fee.

Poreč. The holiday apartment is located in a holiday complex, on a 5000 sqm large, enclosed garden property, bordered by a fence. On the same property, there are 4 apartments of the same type with air conditioning in 2 bungalows IST POR 156 (each semi-detached house for 5 people) and 4 apartments of the same type in 2 bungalows IST POR 281 (each semi-detached house for 5 people). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to mid-October, 5 m x 10 m, 1.5 m deep).

1st floor: Living room with seating area, TV, dining area and access to the balcony (40 sqm, garden furniture). Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living room (16 sqm) with dining area, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
Attic: Bedroom (12 sqm). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per object per stay. local tax.
Costs on the spot: On request: air conditioning 0,50 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. baby cot – please order at booking 10 € per bed per week.
