The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015 is a townhouse and rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and secluded location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For common use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Buzet, district Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm, open plot. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Die Objekte IST PAZ 068 (5 Personen), IST PAZ 069 (4 Personen), IST PAZ 070 (4 Personen), IST PAZ 071 (4 Personen), IST PAZ 072 (5 Personen), IST PAZ 073 (2 Personen), IST PAZ 074 (2 Personen) und IST PAZ 075 (4 Personen) befinden sich auf dem selben Grundstück. It is a place registered under the protection of the rural heritage and therefore the whole place is not paved. Through the village flows the Mirna. Their small waterfalls deepen the stones and form kesselelförmige holes in the rock, hence the village name "Kotli" (Kessel). The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot on the property.

1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs). Bedroom with 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.
