Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015 is a townhouse and rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and secluded location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For common use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.
Location
Buzet, district Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm, open, closed water plot and forest plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The whole property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone cottages. The facility is suitable for families or for a larger group. The objects IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same property. It is a place registered under the protection of the rural heritage and therefore the whole place is not paved. Through the village flows the Mirna. Their small waterfalls deepen the stones and form kesselelförmige holes in the rock, hence the village name "Kotli" (Kessel). The access goes via a side road (asphalted, rubble or gravel). Parking lot on the property.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dining area (4 seats), access to the terrace, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 single bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
