The standig individually holiday home, built in 2005 and renovated in 2017 is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Outdoor pool (4 m x 10 m, depth 1,35 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to mid of October.
