The villa is situated in a small village named Cervari, near Tinjan - famous Istrian town of prosciutto. It was built in 2015 and it has 620 mq of fenced garden. The house consists of a spacious living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a single bed, 2 bathrooms and a separate has free wi-fi and the house is fully air conditioned. There is a big swimming pool in the garden with deck chairs and parasols. Pets are not allowed.

Jakovici is a smal village near Tinjan-The City of Istrian ham Tinjan is a small town in inland Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. There are only 17 km from Poreč and the closest beaches as Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. East of Tinjan there is Pazin, the main administrative center of the Region of Istria, known for its medieval castle Kaštel, the National Archive and Zarečki krov-known also as Pazin's swimming pool.
