Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (covered). Bedroom (7 sqm) with 2 single beds. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (6 sqm) with gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (2 sqm) with shower and WC. Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not accept bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
