The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the locality. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Poreč, district of Mugeba. The holiday flat is located on a 1000 sqm open garden plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Aquacolors Poreč water park is only 800 m away. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads directly into the anteroom via 2 steps. Kitchen with electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Living/bedroom with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, dining area (6 places) and access to the terrace (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, parasol). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet and window. Separate WC with WC.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under the age of 25.

The cleanliness, the seclusion and the quiet environment were great, just right for families with babies or small children. The landlords were super nice and although they live in the house, not pushy at all. We will definitely book there again on our next vacation in Croatia.
