The detached holiday home, renovated in 2015, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Pomer. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. Parking on the property with roofing and surveillance camera.
