The detached holiday home, built in 2003 and renovated in 2017, is furnished in a modern, rustic, and functional style. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and courtyard.

Medulin. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot of 1100 sqm, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Holiday apartment IST MED 283 for 4 people is located on the same property. Access is via a path (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
