The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a Hollywood swing.

Plomin. The holiday apartment is located on an open garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to early September, diameter 4.7 m, 1 m deep).
