Location
Plomin, district Kuća is located in a small fishing village, but also close to an industrial plant, a good position for exploring the entire region. The holiday flat is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday flats IST LAB 033 (5 persons), IST LAB 034 (5 persons) and IST LAB 035 (3 persons) are located in the same house. The fishing village is situated in the immediate vicinity of the industrial area. From the terrace you can look out over the harbour and the fishing village. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house and in a car park in the village (distance 50 m). Parking for apartment guests in front of the apartment entrance on the street or in the town car park, which is NOT subject to a fee. Very close to the apartment there is a town car park (50 m).

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas cooker (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.

Very happy with the object and the very friendly landlord, who is just great. 100 points for the excellent landlord. The proximity of the power plant, the coal ships and the associated turbidity of seawater, we found not nice.

The apartment was impeccable, only air conditioning could have been nice. We knew that none existed, so no problem. Unfortunately, the resort is either down-managed (possibly by the coal-fired power plant) or it is still under construction. It is except the neighbor host (who cooks very well) and a beach bar not much available.
