The holiday home, built in 1952 and renovated in 2011, is rustically furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet, sunny, and secluded location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. Terrace (40m2) with garden furniture.
Location
Labin, district of Mali Turini. The holiday house is located on a 1300 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is built of stone. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Oven in every room (wood/coal), electric heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (open year-round 2.70 m x 5.50 m 1.5 m deep).

Kitchenette in the live-in kitchen with dining area (6 seats), gas hob (4 burners), electric hob (2 rings), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

We went on holiday there in August. The house was very, very clean and almost everything was there. The landlord friendly and there were no problems.
What we did not like so much, the house is really in a very quiet place. There is hardly anything going on there. We always had to travel very far by car. But was not a problem, since we had holidays and so to speak time :-)

We had a whole, very clean and pleasant house in the middle of a beautiful garden. Even without air conditioning it was cool and we slept well. Sturdy mosquito screens keep the house mosquito-free. The shady terrace is a pleasant and quiet place to stay. The landlords Josip, Flavia and Daniel are nice hospitable people, with whom we felt very comfortable.
