Description
Built in 2003 and renovated in 2026, the holiday home is a semi-detached house furnished in the typical local style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and fire pit.
Location
Labin, district of Strmac. The holiday home is situated on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home consists of 2 apartments, which are rented as a single unit. Each apartment has its own entrance. The upper apartment is accessible via the external staircase. The apartments are each 50 sqm in size. Youth groups under 25 are not allowed. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September 3.5 m x 8 m 1.4 m deep).

In summer: Adriatic Sea 7 km in Rabac (beach 7 km in Rabac with pebbles, stones and rocks). Tennis, mini-golf, diving, water sports, boat rental each 7 km in Rabac. Small sandy beach next to town beach in Rabac.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.

It was actually very nice, but the children were not allowed to jump into the pool and have fun. Therefore, we will no longer go there.
