Description
The holiday home, built in 2003 is a semi-detached house and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.
Location
Labin. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Youth groups under 20 not allowed. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (wood / coal). Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (3.5 m x 8 m, depth 1.4 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September.
Leisure
2 bicycles, fitness equipment and table tennis.

not allowed.

Small sandy beach next to town beach in Rabac.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.

It was actually very nice, but the children were not allowed to jump into the pool and have fun. Therefore, we will no longer go there.

Super nice landlord. A great house with a very nice pool and barbecue area. The location is pretty quiet. In 15 minutes you are at the sea. It was a great vacation. Gladly again.

A very nice family welcomed us, we were given a very good briefing and were able to use the entire facility by ourselves.
The house is fully equipped and characterized by a very high level of cleanliness and quality. There is nothing wrong with this facility for us. The price for this system was also exceptionally low. Thank you again for the good support during the booking process.
