The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For common use are available: children's playground, swing, grill possibility, pavilion and garden furniture.

Valbandon. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartments IST FAZ 177 and IST FAZ 501 (each for 4 persons) are located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Kitchen with dining area, electric stove (2 plates), fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 sink and WC.
