Description
The bungalow, built in 1973 and renovated in 2020 is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture. Safe, house staff is not available. An administrator is on site. The safe can be used independently.

Location
Playa del Ingles. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex, on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. A total of 5 bungalows of 75-80 sqm are rented, 2 bungalows are extended and have a larger living space. Park-like location. Strangers are not allowed. The Sun Club has the characteristics of a park.
The location is einmalig.Die bungalows are yourself in the lower, southern part of the plant. Bus stops, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. directly adjacent to the plant. Parking lot on the street in front of the house. Parking in front of the main entrance and on the side of the plant. Cars remain on the road.

Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. There are German channels to receive.

or enter the living room door. Bedroom (16 sqm, not heatable) with 2 single beds and safe. Living/bedroom (20 sqm, walk-through room, not heatable) with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (together with living room / bedroom). Kitchen (9 sqm, walk-through room, not heatable) with dining area (2 seats), access to the terrace, electric stove (induction cooker, ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Hallway (6 sqm, not heatable). Bathroom (9 sqm, not heatable) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
