Description
The holiday home is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in the town centre, close to the old town. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the lake from the property and its quiet, sunny location. The following are available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Tremosine, district of Voltino di Tremosine. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The floors are connected only by the external staircase. A free public car park is 50 metres away.

Pellet stove in the living room. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen (walk-through room) with TV, gas cooker, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 single bed. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
