Description
Newly renovated flat in a fantastic location on the western shore of the lake, five minutes by car above Limone in the Tremosine district of Voltino - on the sunny and panoramic terrace of Lake Garda. Absolutely quiet location with a fantastic view of Lake Garda to the north and south (!) as well as the grandiose Baldo massif, at the feet of which stretches the historic town of Malcesine with its romantic Scalier Castle. The flat is part of a detached villa with garden and two separate living units, of which the upper one is usually only used privately outside the rental periods.
The flat with 81 sqm has two bedrooms, a bright living room with panoramic view and adjoining kitchen, a generously designed bathroom in Mediterranean style and a secluded large terrace as well as a garden with many Mediterranean plants around the villa in Italian style. Here you can observe beautiful butterflies such as the swallowtail or the collibri-like pigeon tail in large numbers. Mediterranean plants surround the villa, such as olive trees, palms, oleander bushes, rosemary, agaves, pomegranate trees, etc.
A parking space is directly at the house.
In the immediate vicinity (5 min. walk) there is a grocery/bakery, a restaurant, a bus stop with good connections to the towns of the Gardesana, tennis courts and various panoramic hiking trails. Numerous nearby mountain bike trails for every level are also available from the house, e.g. Valle di Bondo, Monte Bestone, Valle San Michele or leisurely tours around the picturesque villages of the Tremosine plateau.

The detached villa with garden is situated on a plateau at an altitude of approx. 600m, 5KM above Limone, in the Tremosine district of Voltino.
Tremosine was recently named one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy. The villa has recently been completely renovated.
The location is in a side street in absolute quiet, the flat is not visible from outbuildings.

Great location above the lake
Beautiful holiday apartment with great lake view.
Unfortunately, there are no loungers on the terrace; otherwise, everything is there that you need.

A very beautiful location and a great view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.
The accommodation was great, even as a wheelchair user I managed well. The hosts are very friendly, we were warmly welcomed and also got some tips for excursions.
Not far from the accommodation there is a supermarket and next door is a pizzeria where the food is very tasty.
