The holiday apartment is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and its peaceful hillside location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site.

Location
Tremosine, district Voltino, 600 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located in a holiday complex on an enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. Tremosine consists of 18 localities, 17 of which are situated on the plateau steeply above the lake. Only Campione is directly on the lake and can only be reached by a tunnel or by ship. The area of Tremosine covers 72 km², making it one of the largest municipalities in the province of Brescia. From a scenic point of view, the area is very varied, with the small villages nestled closely in smaller valleys, on hills, hillsides, or on plains amidst meadows, olive groves, and pine forests. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

In summer: Lake Garda 6 km in Limone sul Garda (beach 6.5 km in Limone sul Garda with pebbles). The location in the "Alto Garda Bresciano" National Park on the Tremosine plateau offers many alternatives and opportunities to spend the holiday according to one's taste. Numerous hiking trails, adventurous mountain biking routes, many tennis centres, and opportunities for canyoning, hang gliding, or horse trekking make Tremosine a particularly varied holiday destination. Tremosine offers a variety of natural beauties: lake, steep cliffs, valleys, and mountains. Furthermore, Lake Garda has a diverse entertainment programme for all ages, such as mountain bike tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding, or hiking tours. But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers.

We particularly liked the peace and seclusion in Tremosine. You are then away from the hustle and bustle and high volume of traffic on Lake Garda in the high season.
It was also good that there was a table tennis table, table football and a pool table in the complex. Unfortunately, there were no balls and a cue for billiards. But these games and the fitness facilities were a positive feature.
