The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2009 and is modern and functional. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, deck chair, and children's playground. All facilities of Residence Ruculi can be used (approx. 3 km away): laundry, restaurant, outdoor pool, children's pool and indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. Cot and high chair available upon request, subject to availability.
Location
Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is situated on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartments GAR TIG 006 (6 people) and GAR TIG 007 (6 people) are located in the same house. Tignale is a union of six villages scattered on a plateau above the western Lake Garda. This place is the ideal spot for complete relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the lake. Access is via a side road (gravel or grit, length 5 m). Parking (for 10 cars) on the property.

Children's playground 800 m. Limone 20 km. Tourist doctor from June to September in the main town Gardola (otherwise Gargnano). In summer: Lake Garda 10 km in Porto di Tignale (beach 10 km in Porto di Tignale with stones). Golf in Bogliaco di Gargnano 12 km. Tennis in Gardola 1000 m. Boat rental, mooring each 6 km in Gargnano. Dog beach, water sports opportunities each 10 km in Porto di Tignale. Horse riding in Prabione 2 km. Free shuttle bus to the beach from June to early September. Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment programme for all ages such as mountain bike tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding or hiking tours. But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers.
