Description
The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2009 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger and children's playground. All facilities of Residence Ruculi can be used (about 3 km): Laundry, restaurant, outdoor pool, children's pool and an indoor pool, a sauna and Fitnessarum. Cot and high chair on availability, by prior arrangement.
Location
Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2500 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartments GAR TIG 006 (6 people) and GAR TIG 007 (6 people) are in the same house. Tignale is a consortium of six villages that are widely spreaded on a plateau above the western lake. This town is the ideal place for total relaxation, away from the crowds at the lake. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 5 m). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property.

Tourists physician from June to September in Gardola (otherwise Gargnano).In summer: Gardasee 10 km in Porto di Tignale (beach 10 km in Porto di Tignale with stones). golf in Bogliaco di Gargnano 12 km. tennis in Gardola 1000 m. boat rental, boat launch each 6 km in Gargnano. dog beach, water sports each 10 km in Porto di Tignale. horse riding in Prabione 2 km. Free shuttle bus to the beach from June to early September. The lake has a various entertainment program for all ages, such as mountain biking, windsurfing, sailing, horseback riding or hiking. Free climbing and paragliding are possible too.

Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV and access to the balcony (8 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 sun lounger). Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dining area, gas stove, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet and hairdryer.

Friendly contact, delicious food in residence Ruculi! Ambient dreamy! In the villa there was no oven, this made it difficult for us in the morning bread to bake. Otherwise, a wonderful apartment with a gorgeous view of the lake!
