The holiday apartment built in 2009 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For use are available: parasol. The apartments are comfortably furnished. I'm on the first floor. Internet is only free in the public areas and not in the apartments.

Castelnuovo del Garda, district Cavalcaselle. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a 40000 sqm, open garden plot. The apartments are surrounded by hilly terrain. The restaurant overlooks the 1,400 square meter swimming pool. The beach volleyball court is located directly behind the mini club. The holiday apartment is situated in a panoramic position among the hills that surround the south side of Lake Garda. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the carport. All guests have the opportunity to park their car near the apartment.

Outdoor pool (25 m x 58 m, depth 1.50 m, for common use). Children's pool (16 m x 26 m, depth 0.70 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of April to mid of September. The pool area (2400 m² with sun loungers and parasols) has 3 swimming pools. A pool that is 120 cm deep and 50 m long is available for bathers. The 480 m² children's pool is surrounded by a sandy beach with children's games and a children's club, in which German-speaking entertainers offer a varied and age-appropriate program for all children from 4 to 12 years of age in July and August.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.

The resort was good, but unfortunately no German programs.

Actually, everything was fine. Only the balcony with us was too small for 4 people. There were 6 balcony chairs (stacked) available but you could not even with 4 people together there.
