The holiday apartment is situated in a panoramic position among the hills that surround the south side of Lake Garda. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the carport. All guests have the opportunity to park their car near the apartment.

The pool area (2400 sqm with sun loungers and parasols) has 3 swimming pools. For swimmers there is a 120 cm deep and 50 m long swimming pool. The 480 m² children's pool is surrounded by a sandy beach with children's games. Near the large swimming pool is the mini club where, in July and August, multilingual animators welcome children from 4 to 12 years old with a varied program adapted to their age.
