Description
The accommodation is located in the Residence Eden in the centre of the golf course "Golf Club Paradiso" in Peschiera del Garda. This also includes the Parc Hotel, Active Hotel Paradiso & Golf and the Golf Residence. The complex is not only the ideal place for those who want to keep fit and stay active on holiday, but also for those who want to spend a deeply relaxing and restful holiday. Visit the Parc Hotel's wellness centre and enjoy one of the many treatments. To ensure that younger guests don't miss out, there is a varied entertainment programme, a mini and junior club and a playground to let off steam. Two beautiful pool areas with water slides and water games round off the programme. WIFI is available free of charge in the public areas of the resort. Guests can also use the coin-operated washing machine and communal tumble dryer in the Golf Residence.
The 40 square metre Bilo flat offers space for a maximum of 4 people (including babies). The accommodation has one bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed. If required, the double sofa bed in the combined living and dining area offers two more sleeping options. The well-equipped kitchenette in the living area has a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, toaster and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. Depending on the allocation, the accommodation is located on the ground floor or first floor and therefore has a furnished balcony or terrace, both of which invite you to relax and linger together. The ideal place to end an eventful day together with the family. SAT-TV, air conditioning and a car park are already included in the rental price. A first set of bed linen and towels, as well as a change of bed linen after 7 days and a change of towels after 4 and 11 days are also included in the price. Families with small children also have the option of hiring a baby cot and high chair on site (please reserve when booking). Travelling time from the Ital. Border is about 1.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily. In the period from 29 June to 25 August 2024, the minimum stay is 4 nights. In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in the following day (please let us know before you arrive.) The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
From April to October, there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to Peschiera several times a day. So nothing stands in the way of a day of swimming together at the lake. Take a refreshing dip in the wonderfully cool Lake Garda or simply relax on one of Peschiera's free beaches while your children let off steam and make new friends.
POOL
The residence has a beautiful pool area, the so-called "Laguna Pool". This consists of a large pool for experienced swimmers and an adjoining children's pool. A water slide in the large pool ensures an unforgettable swimming experience. There is also a snack bar for snacks in between. Between the Parc Hotel and the residence there is also the "Winnie the Pool", which is equipped with water games, a whirlpool and a jet for neck massages. If the weather doesn't play along as desired, you can take a dip in the Parc Hotel's indoor pool. Free parasols and sunbeds are available to guests around the pool area.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
A team of experienced and motivated entertainers ensures unforgettable moments for the whole family. For children aged 4 to 11, there is a mini club where they can let off steam and make new friends, as well as a playground where they can experience many new adventures. The Junior Club is available for teenagers aged 12 to 17. The varied entertainment programme can vary from bowling tournaments and dance groups to an entertaining evening programme. During the high season, you can enjoy an evening programme with live music about three times a week. Families with small children also have the option of hiring a high chair or baby cot on site.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Take advantage of the residence's unique location in the middle of a golf course and surrounded by greenery. The Golf Club Paradiso is one of the most renowned golf courses in Venice. With its rolling hills and valleys, the golf course extends over an area of 800,000 square metres above the hills of Lake Garda. For cycling enthusiasts, there is also a bike hire service so that Peschiera and the surrounding area can be explored comfortably on two wheels. There are various running routes in the resort, which provide the necessary variety. In the immediate vicinity of the resort there is also a network of trails on the hills, which is very popular with joggers. The resort also offers sports such as tennis, volleyball, mini golf, basketball and beach volleyball for a fee.
SHOPPING
There is a mini market next to the residence where you can stock up on everyday items and groceries. In Peschiera itself there are also various shops and shopping opportunities for a stroll. Once a week there is a market, which invites you to stroll and shop.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. Of course, you can also make use of the Parc Hotel's restaurant and indulge in the delicious Italian cuisine. You also have the option of booking half or full board on site. The old town centre of Peschiera also awaits you with many different culinary delights.
PETS
1 dog up to max. 10 kg is allowed in the accommodation. For dog owners, there is the Bau Beach in Peschiera del Garda, a dog beach where you can enjoy a relaxing day on the beautiful Lake Garda together with your four-legged friend.

LOCATION
The residence is located in the centre of the golf course "Golf Club Paradiso" and is therefore in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The old town of Peschiera is just a short drive away. From April to October you benefit from a free shuttle bus that takes you to Peschiera several times a day. The residence is also in a favourable geographical position for excursions to northern Italy, such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, Bergamo and Brescia, as well as to the beautiful Dolomites. The well-known theme parks such as Gardaland, Caneva World and the Safari Park are also nearby.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Peschiera del Garda is located on the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda. Peschiera's old town centre, which is completely surrounded by canals, lies within a mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. Strolling through the narrow alleyways, you will find many nice shops and small bars. Peschiera has one of the few railway stations directly on Lake Garda and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. There is also a small marina in Peschiera. Peschiera advertises barrier-free shops and is therefore ideal for wheelchair users and families with pushchairs. Great souvenirs, but also delicious salami, cheese and fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought cheaply at the weekly markets. Every Monday is market day in Peschiera. The town of Castelnuovo del Garda is located next to Peschiera. It boasts a castle built by the Visconti family in the 14th century, which towers over the old town centre of Castelnuovo. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous arena with open-air performances is just half an hour away. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Peschiera. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
