Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dining area (6 seats), access to the balcony, gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), microwave and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.

Included in the price: internet access, registration fee, dish towels, air conditioning, parking place, tv, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels (weekly change), Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning of the kitchen to be carried out individually. On request: baby cot 7 € per bed under 3 years per day. For a fee: luggage transport at arrival/departure, boat dock, Late arrival after 21 pm, laundry travel service.
