Biograd na Moru. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with flowers and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven and fridge (icebox). Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, barbecue, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wireless Internet access, parasol.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning of the kitchen to be carried out individually. On request: baby cot 6 € per bed per day. For a fee: luggage transport at arrival/departure, Late arrival after 21 pm.
