The studio is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2010 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard.

Sukošan. The studio is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi‑Fi). Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early April to early November, 3.5 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).

Shopping 20 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 300 m. Pharmacy at 400 m. Bank at 8 km. Zadar: airport 11 km, cinema 8 km and railway station 9 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 400 m in Sukošan (private beach 500 m in Sukošan with pebbles, rocks and bathing platforms). Boat hire at 400 m.

The entrance to your studio is on the 3rd floor. Living/bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV and dining area. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area (3 seats), electric cooker, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, WC and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
