We want you to feel at home! We have 4 very different and lovingly furnished holiday flats for you in the Ostseevilla and the neighbouring Käptn's Hus. Our flats are fully equipped: In addition to fully equipped kitchens and daylight bathrooms, they all have Wi-Fi, dishwashers, fly screens, central heating and safety glazing, as well as mostly a terrace or balcony. Towels, bed linen and parking space are included. All flats are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
The ground floor flat in the Käptn's Hus, which was built in 2015, has a large living room with terrace and a spacious bedroom with double bed. Large sun terrace to the south/west side with seating/parasol, quietly located amidst greenery. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, bathtub and window as well as separate WC.

The town center and the pier is just a short hop. Dike, cycling and coastal path and the beautiful old Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund are within easy reach. Endless beach, well maintained and up to 40 m wide: nudist areas, children's play areas, dog beach section. Recognized Seeheilbad - quiet, natural. Forest, swamp, beach. Shops and bakeries in town.
