Description
Built in 1990 and renovated in 2025, the holiday home is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property over the courtyard and its sunny location. For your exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.
Location
Sukošan, district Vidakovica 23, 7 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property and the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via aerial, satellite. The accommodation is furnished to be allergy-free.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is covered and leads via 1 step and the terrace directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and air conditioning. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. Kitchen (8 sqm, not heated) with TV, air conditioning, dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (induction hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Smoking is forbidden on the premises.

Weather perfect
Cottage perfect, practical and furnished with all the trimmings,
Owner really nice, and have brought immediate spare key and parasol.
Shopping just around the corner.
Center about 10 minutes walking.
Baden on foot only in the port area - there are beaches there though but not what we expected.
by car about 2 to 5 km there are wild beaches (stone) with crystal clear water.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe.
Zentrum ca. 10 Spazierminuten.
Baden zu Fuß nur im Hafengebiet - es sind dort zwar Strände aber nicht das was wir uns erwartet haben.
mit dem Auto ca. 2 bis 5 km gibt es wilde Strände (Stein) mit kristallklarem Wasser.
