The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2022, and is furnished in the typical local style and practically equipped. The property is situated in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.

Privlaka. The holiday apartment is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden property with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. In the same house are DAL ZAD 157 (3 persons) and DAL ZAD 158 (5 persons). Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) in the carport and on the property.
