The studio is located in a detached house built in 1994, renovated in 2009, and furnished in a typical regional style and practical manner. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to the view of the panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Privlaka. The studio is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. DAL ZAD 157 (4 people) and DAL ZAD 158 (6 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property.
